Complete kit to add a soil pipe branch for the Installation of a Wash basin or other similar appliance such as a washing machine / dryer / Sink etc
Complete with 50mm air admittance valve to prevent syphoning (bad smells) effect.
Comprising of:
110 mm PVC Grey Push-Fit Branch for Soil Pipe with a 45 degree 50 mm inlet
110 mm Slip Coupler for easy retrofit Installation In to an existing soil stack
45 degree 50 bend
50mm Branch
50 mm Air Admittance Valve which allows air in but not out which prevents syphonage of water from the trap**
Otional 40 mm adaptor to allow for incoming 40mm pipe (Or 50mm without)*
The Slip coupler has no stop so can be moved down the pipe and then pulled back up to couple the pipe
Complete with rubber seals -Push-Fit -Durable Quality PVC -Fast fit with no tools required
Instructions for retrofit installation into soil stack: Using the Branch as a guide cut approximately 14.5 cm out of the soil pipe. After adding lubricant such as washing up liquid to the couplers rubber seals and pipe insert the coupler and push it down out of the way. Then again after lubricating the Branch push it up onto the soil pipe. Then push the coupler back up and into the Branch to complete the Installation. Install the 50mm 45 degree bend into the branch as shown in the image followed by the 50 mm branch and Air admittance valve. Use the 50 mm diamter outlet as is or use the 40 mm reducer if required. Optionally a 40 mm cap is provided to cap off 40 mm inlet.
*40 or 50 mm is actual diamter. 40mm has a rubber adaptor which can adapt to slighly larger/smaller i,e 41mm
